RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

  1. Warranty Claim.
    All Products offered in the Store come with the manufacturer's warranty valid within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
    The warranty period for the Products depends on the Product and is counted from the day the Product is delivered to the Customer.
    The proof of purchase serves as the document entitling you to warranty protection.
    The warranty does not exclude the Consumer’s rights arising from the statutory warranty for physical and legal defects of the Product as defined in the Civil Code.

  2. Claim under Statutory Warranty.
    The basis and scope of the Seller's liability to a Customer who is a Consumer, under the statutory warranty covering physical and legal defects, are defined in the Civil Code of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws no. 16, item 93 as amended).

    Notifications of defects concerning the Product and the submission of an appropriate claim can be made via the complaint form available on the website, by email to: reklamacja@4hft.pl or in writing to: ul. Podhalańska 9/41, 41-907 Bytom.

    In the above written or electronic message, please provide as much information and details as possible regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the defect and your contact information. The information provided will greatly facilitate and expedite the processing of the claim by the Seller.

    For the assessment of the physical defects of the Product, it should be delivered to: ul. Podhalańska 9/41, 41-907 Bytom.

    The Seller will respond to the Customer’s claim without delay, and no later than 14 days from its submission.
    In the case of a claim by a Customer who is a Consumer – failure to process the claim within 14 days from its submission shall be deemed as acceptance of the claim. In connection with a justified claim by a Customer who is a Consumer, the Seller will cover the costs of collection, delivery, and replacement of the Product with one that is free of defects.

    The response to the claim is provided to the Consumer on paper or another durable medium.

  3. Right to Withdraw from the Contract.
    A Customer who is also a Consumer and who has entered into a distance contract may withdraw from it without stating any reasons by submitting the appropriate declaration within 14 days. Sending the withdrawal declaration provided by the Store is sufficient to meet this deadline.

    In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Sales Agreement is considered null and void, and the Consumer is obliged to return the Product to the Seller or hand it over to a person authorized by the Seller for collection without delay, but no later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal, unless the Seller has proposed to collect the Product themselves. Sending the Product back before the deadline is sufficient to comply with this requirement.

    In the case of withdrawing from the Sales Agreement, the Product should be returned to: ul. Podhalańska 9/41, 41-907 Bytom.
    The Consumer is responsible for any diminution in the value of the Product resulting from use beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
